$3 Kids Bowling at Pinstripes Edina
Confession: we might be adults but we’re still obsessed with bowling! So when our kids are chomping at the bit and looking to get out of the house, this is our go-to. Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Pinstripes Edina hosts $3 kids bowling from 10am to 12pm — AND PARENTS BOWL FREE! Registration is not required, so you can pick and choose when to go at a moment’s notice. That’s our idea of fun! Learn more.
Teen Tech Workshop
We’ve seen “maker spaces” pop up all over the country, which is why it’s so cool to have something similar right here in our backyards. If you have teenagers, the Teen Tech Workshop at the Eden Prairie Library is one of our absolute favorite ways to keep your kids busy this summer. Children entering grades 6 to 12 will have an opportunity to get creative and make music, videos, animation and other projects using high-tech tools, from LEGO Robotics and Raspberry Pi, to 3D printers and sewing machines. Register online at the Hennepin County Library to reserve your child’s space in this workshop series, held every Monday through the end of July. Learn more.
